Physical Therapist at Crestwood Location

The Sports Medicine & Training Center is currently seeking an energetic and confident physical therapist for our Crestwood office.  This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a successful, well-established therapist-owned independent practice. SMTC specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine and serves all ages and abilities.  Areas of emphasis are running and throwing athletes and dance/performing arts medicine; however, SMTC will support other interest areas that complement its current programs.

SMTC is known for its highly qualified and experienced staff of professionals and its hands-on, intensive approach to physical therapy.  Two large, well-equipped facilities offer a great patient experience and a positive working environment for our staff, with emphasis on quality of care and staff fulfillment.  The staff at SMTC is an interdisciplinary team and includes PTs, PTAs, exercise physiologists and certified fitness trainers. In addition to physical therapy we offer group fitness classes, sports performance, and personal training services. A therapist with experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but we will consider a recent graduate with relevant clinical experience and superior CI reviews who is willing to learn and work as part of a team.  Full time is preferred but part time 25+ hours per week would be considered. Salary is competitive and related to education, experience and additional certifications if any. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to qualifying employees including medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement, continuing education budget, and long term disability.
