If you’re looking for a challenge, try this innovative class developed by Sonny Barrett, MS, Exercise Physiologist. Our certified instructor will lead you through SMTC’s unique dynamic warm-up as well as a suggested nutrition plan to supplement this exclusive new class that will take you to the upper limits of aerobic and anaerobic training. Increase muscle endurance and strength and lower your body fat 2-3%. These 60-minute classes will help you achieve a higher level of fitness than you ever have before.
Please eat a light meal or snack 1-2 hours prior to arrival.
