SMTC recently opened a second location in Creve Coeur. This new location offers the full array of SMTC services to the West County/Chesterfield area and is near several hospitals and many public and private schools.
Located within the Creve Coeur Racquet Club, our newest location offers everything the Webster location does - physical therapy, personal training, small group training, team training, metabolic testing and exercise classes. This new facility offers more space for team training services as well as combined programs with the tennis club's pro staff.
Aerobic equipment on site includes treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, elliptical machines and an upper extremity bike. Weight equipment includes a full assortment of Hammer Strength, Nautilus, York and Total Gym pieces. Both plate-loaded and weight stack pieces are available, as well as free weights with racks and benches.
