Due to the customized nature of this training, each program is unique and based upon the needs of that particular group. Each customized program is directed in small groups (maximum 4:1 athlete-to-coach ratio).
Each session lasts 1-1.5 hours and includes:
- Dynamic warm-up
- Stretching
- Strengthening (key muscle groups)
- Core strength (abs and lower back)
- Sport-specific exercises designed for the athletes' overall goals
- Cool down and stretch
