If you prefer to work one-on-one with an experienced trainer, our personal training program is a perfect fit. You will receive one-on-one coaching and motivation. The program includes a thorough fitness assessment as well as the design, implementation and supervision of a fitness program tailored to your individual goals. A minimum of 12 sessions is required.
